Access is critical to effective care. SouthCoast’s intranet needed an overhaul that emphasized tools to find the right policy, the right App, and the right protocol in the shortest time. It was also an opportunity to support front-line heros that work so hard with recognition and access to HR benefit tools. Oomph researched and designed fourteen critical templates that formed the basis of a intranet replatform to ServiceNow.
