I’ve built my career in human resources and customer service, and the reason why I've stayed in people-focused roles over the years is simple — I have a passion for building relationships and helping others fulfill their potential.

In my role as People Operations Lead at Oomph, every day on the job is challenging and exciting. I'm constantly able to express my personality and work with an amazing team of people who are equally passionate about our mission to create human-centered digital experiences for clients.

Throughout my career, I've honed my ability to connect authentically with people, allowing me to create positive work communities where everyone feels valued and supported. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is knowing that I have helped someone along the way.

When I'm not working, you can find me spending time with my children or curled up with a good book. I am also an avid traveler and always on the lookout for my next adventure.
