UX ENGINEER

As a UX Engineer, I help transform the mockups from our designers into a website that our clients can enjoy. From Drupal configuration to styling template files, I get the most satisfaction after I have successfully implemented the work of our awesome team.

Prior to joining Oomph, I served as the Director of Operations at Kennesaw State University’s Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), where I designed and developed Drupal sites for conferences and university wide reporting. I have also been heavily involved in the Drupal community, as the DrupalCamp Atlanta project lead and the Drupal Event Organizers Working Group.

I was born and raised in Bangor, Maine, the home of Stephen King (đź‘‹hi Mr. King!). I attended Worcester State University, where I participated in collegiate football and still hold a New England Football Conference Record for the longest fumble return, 97 Yards! I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia, with my partner and daughter and son.

When I am not crushing template files, I can be seen on the trails of Georgia on my mountain bike with my headphones, blasting a little metal music. Oh yeah, at some point in middle school I got into metal music, played in a metal band and still start the day with either Killswitch Engage or Jeezy. I like metal but I also love that angry gangsta rap: Wu-Tang, Jeezy, Redman, Busta Rhymes, Jadakis, Meek Mill, and Rick Ross.

I'm most proud of the remote work experience at Oomph.

I am extremely motivated when someone tells me I can’t do it.

The place I most want to visit someday is the Pyramids in Egypt.
