From an early age, I always looked for different creative avenues to engage my analytic and strategic thinking — ranging from a keen interest in puzzles and games audio and video editing and post-production, which I had the opportunity to do at the Harvard Museums of Science and Culture.
In 2015 I discovered programming and web development by accident; I was perusing the Harvard Extension School catalog and I decided to enroll in Intro to Java just to try it out. As soon as I engaged with the material, something in my mind clicked, and I knew I found the field where I belong.
As an Associate Back-end Engineer, this is my first opportunity delivering creative software solutions to real-world clients. I’m so happy and fortunate that I landed here at Oomph, surrounded by talented folks with similar passions, where I can stay on the cutting edge of this always-changing industry.
During my free time I enjoy walking and biking in and around the city of Providence, attending music performances at smaller venues, discovering new puzzle games, watching animated comedies, and spending time with my cat.
